About the school

The yoga and Pilates team has extensive experience as well as offering a host of therapies including massages, reflexology and beauty treatments. Take time out of your busy schedule to enjoy a week in this beautiful area of Spain to relax and enjoy.

The Mosaic teacher is a commissioned artist and has been teaching mosaics for over 5 years using his knowledge, enthusiasm and experience to inspire creativity so that others can create their own mosaics to be proud of.

Set deep in the heart of the countryside this secluded country house retreat is surrounded by almond, orange and lemon trees. The Spanish people in the area live simply and quietly and there is a sense of relaxation and peace amongst the tranquil hills and mountains.

Tucked away within bougainvillea and jasmine shrouded gardens with a relaxing pool, garden and Jacuzzi facilities the retreat is an ideal base to strengthen your mind and body to leave you feeling refreshed.

The country house is perfectly equipped for your holiday including a light and spacious yoga and pilates studio and a dedicated mosaic studio as well. There is also a state of the art pilates reformer machine that you will work with to develop your alignment, core strength and flexibility and a therapy room for the beauty treatments.

You can also make the most of the ideal position just 20 minutes from the beautiful coastal beaches and historic city of Cartagena. Escape and relax while you get fit and healthy under warm Spanish sunshine for a wellbeing holiday with a difference.
