fab weather and accommodation.Furthermore the pilates instruction was excellent. The owners were very accommodating however the lifts/taxis will take up quite a bit of your budget

I had a lovely 2 weeks at the yoga Retreat on my own and felt I could have stayed a month getting away from it all I had pilates or yoga every morning and evening with Viv I learned to relax and meditate and also to do a Mosaic with Dan I was also moved to write a poem which is in the visitor's book.

The experience was good and I was well looked after by Viv and Dan. One week on my own was too long because the location is too isolated from anything else around. But I would certainly recommend the experience for 4 or 5 days and I felt much stronger by the end of it!

Yes the retreat is in a very rural location which is a big part of its appeal as a place to get away and relax so we recommend that if you are staying for a week and would like to explore, hiring a car (even for a couple of days) is a good idea. We can also provide taxis to the local town for you if we are free for 10 Euros. Thanks again.

We really enjoyed our Yoga and Pilates break, it was very relaxing and our hosts made us feel very welcome. The pilates classes were rewarding and engaging and have encouraged my interest in this type of exercise. Yoga was also good but I would perhaps have welcomed another class in this.

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed my stay with Viv and Dan. They are such wonderful hosts and truly beautiful people! I felt as though I were amongst friends from the moment I arrived and a great balance achieved between expert tuition and a relaxing haven. A home from home.

I had a great stay, really lovely villa, very friendly and brilliantly relaxed atmosphere. The most useful thing about the course itself was helping to fine tune my technique to take back to UK classes. Also learning specfically what I should personally be aware of to get the most out of my pilates.

I was a complete beginner to pilates & yoga. Tara was very knowledgeable and patient. She was very good at tailoring what she did to my needs. I have returned very relaxed and keen to find an equally inspiring teacher at home.

The bigger dogs are noisy in the morning so not a good idea if you want a lie in. Quite remote so you will need to factor in budget for transport. Cartagena is well worth a visit.
