I cannot recommend this course enough, the tuition, the accomodation, the food & wine were 1st class.

This was an excellent course. Our hosts were exceptional in making everyone feel welcome and put together an interesting itinerary that showcased the best of the region and enable us to learn new culinary skills. I found the support team at 'go learn to' very responsive and keen to assist.

This was all so much better than we expected and in our view understated by yourselves. Being part of this familey who could not do enough for us was indeed a high point. The quality of course content, ingrediants used and the abudance of wine has ensured our on going enthusiasm for this type of holiday.
