Clive and Maki could not have been more lovely. This is a great cooking course, which has totally inspired me learn more.

Clive and Maki were fantastic. They made us feel really welcomed and were very hospitable throughout our stay with tips on what to see and where to go. The cooking lessons were great - Clive is a font of all knowledge! It is definitely worth going on the olive oil and fino tasting if you can.

The setting was lovely and it was great to cook in a very small group. Clive was totally non judgemental and easy to work with and learn from. Breakfasts were wonderfully authentically Spanish.
