• Home Stay - Sunday to Saturday Inclusive - from $140 per room per week

Choose a Home Stay with a local family to enhance your language learning experience. All hosts are sociable, like to meet new people and can give a warm welcome to students giving you the opportunity to practice your language skills on a daily basis. All host families are located in the small towns of Villareal or Santa Rosa. These are small towns located approximately 6km outside of Tamarindo in rural and tranquil areas away from the beach. The homes are small and typical of Costa Rica and your host mother will prepare you a variety of fresh and traditional meals. You will have your own private room and will share a bathroom with the family. Rooms are safe, clean and are all inspected and approved by the school on a regular basis. The price includes a morning transfer service to the school and you will be provided with breakfast and dinner each day. Room prices run from Sunday evening before your course starts to the Sunday morning after your course has finished. If you have any special requests such as non-smoking, no pets, allergies and so on, please note these in the special requests box during the booking process. These requests will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

• Student House El Mar - Sunday to Saturday Inclusive - from $180 per room per week

Stay in Casa El Mar apartment shared with other language students. You will share a bedroom with students of the same sex, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment also has a living room, dining area, outdoor sitting area and a garden with hammocks. Rooms are safe and clean and all apartments are regularly inspected by the school. Prices are based on arrivals on the Sunday evening before your course starts and end on the Sunday morning after your course has finished and includes breakfast at a local restaurant or at the school.

• Student House La Carolina - Sunday to Saturday Inclusive - from $230 per room per week

Stay in La Carolina student house sharing with other language students which is located just 2 blocks from the school and 3 blocks from the beach. This student house offers you all the comforts of home and you will share a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room with a dining area. There is also a garden which features a small rancho and swimming pool. Each bedroom includes two beds, a private bathroom, storage space and also ceiling fans and air conditioning. Rooms are safe and clean and all apartments are regularly inspected by the school. Prices are based on arrivals on the Sunday evening before your course starts and end on the Sunday morning after your course has finished and includes breakfast at a local restaurant or at the school.

Stay in the Wayra apartment shared with other language students located on the school campus. You will share a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned, have security boxes and the building has free 24 hour wireless internet. Rooms are safe and clean and all apartments are regularly inspected by the school. Prices are based on arrivals on the Sunday evening before your course starts and end on the Sunday morning after your course has finished and includes breakfast at a local restaurant or at the school.
