Included in the price

• A total of 9 yoga sessions per week which will be a mix of 90 minute morning sessions and 90 minute evening sessions spread over the week, with one evening off a week (exact schedule will be given to you on arrival)
• Morning yoga starts each day around 7am
• Evening yoga and meditation starts around 6.30pm
• A healthy and delicious breakfast/brunch each morning after your yoga classes
• Unlimited tea, coffee and herbal teas
• 2 traditional Turkish dinners on Monday and a farewell dinner on your last evening, Saturday
• 7 nights / 8 days accommodation in a private single or twin/double room with bathroom
• Check in anytime after 2pm on day 1 and check out by 11am on day 8 (earlier arrivals on day 1 are possible)
• All advice from your hosts Jo and her husband Murat on the local area, places to visit, where to eat and activities
• Note: yoga mats are not provided so please do bring your own, you can buy a mat from the yoga centre if you prefer
• Please note: If you are travelling solo, there are no single supplements to have your own private room
