• 1.5 hours of yoga practice each morning (from Friday to Tuesday) starting at either 8.30am or 9am depending on the date of travel
• A healthy and delicious breakfast each morning after your yoga classes
• 6 nights / 7 days accommodation in a shared room with shared bathroom at the village house
• Fresh linen & towels
• Check in anytime after 2pm on day 1 and check out by 10am on day 7
• Helpful advice on the local area, places to visit, where to eat and activities
• A guided walk in the Sabina mountains
• All-week use of bicycles to explore the local area
